How does Supertext’s order process work?
When you place your order, your personal project manager will check the project details to ensure everything is just right. It is then passed on to a member of our team of professional, certified, mother-tongue editors and proofreaders selected by our language managers. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from your project manager with a link to your document.
How is the price calculated?
The price is based on language, quantity, quality and deadline. Supertext’s base rate is € 60 per hour. The speed of proofreading varies between 600 and 1,500 words per hour, depending on the service. Our system counts the words in your document and automatically calculates the price. You can change the price by selecting a different deadline.
Which service is right for me?
Two proofreaders will pick up more than one. For complex texts with specialist terminology, select the two-phase service: two certified proofreaders read through your copy consecutively. If your copy needs stylistic improvement in addition to orthographic corrections, select the editing service.
Which documents are suitable for proofreading?
We can proofread all document types, including paper. You can choose to have your documents corrected using the track changes function in Microsoft Word or by hand. We’ll also make changes using editing tools and comments.
Who edits my copy?
Whenever possible, your copy will be worked on by the same member of our team of professional, certified, mother-tongue editors and proofreaders selected by our language managers.
